Our Service personnel are evaluated on knowledge, experience, and diagnostic skills.  We evaluate the service need and match it to the available technician. Training is a key focus of our team.  Our personnel are prepared to explain all procedures and their purpose.

EMERGENCY SERVICE - $200/HR
 This is the charge for a problem that needs immediate attention where “Resolution in the shortest possible time”
is the critical factor.  The technician cancels all current plans and focuses solely on the solution to the emergency.

SENIOR ENGINEER/SPECIALIST - $180/HR
Full design and integration experience with key components in the system.  Direct experience with the machine.
OEM service technician with full access to all documentation and support.

INSTRUCTOR - $145/HR
Training programs are designed for several levels of desired knowledge.  Instructor has passed a review of their
communication skills and technical knowledge of the subject matter..

ENGINEER - $125/HR
Original program creation and machine design.  Experienced field troubleshooter with complete command of the
hardware and software tools necessary to complete the task.  Decision making capabilities.  Project management skills.

TECHNICIAN II - $110/HR
Machine diagnostics.  Advanced knowledge of control platform. Experience with operation of key components.
Program analysis with computer skills.

TECHNICIAN I - $90/HR
Basic knowledge of system  Experienced in connection to the system and diagnostic interrogation.  Has attained maintenance diagnostic skills.   

ASSISTANT/TRAINEE - $75/HR
Helper for lead technician.  Some troubleshooting experience  Not capable of solo service call in most situations.
